About Michael

Michael was born in 1989 near London, UK, and  joined the Army at 16, spending nine years travelling across the globe. His lifelong love of history grew alongside an interest in other cultures, and both shape his writing, helping him bring stories to life through lived experience and creative imagination.

After leaving the Army in 2014, he earned a degree in Business Management while working part-time in London. He has since built a career in the commercial sector while continuing to write his stories.

Michael has written historical fiction since 2019 and plans to independently publish his debut novel in late 2026. It will be the first book in an exciting new series.
